Grounded Test and Tag is owned and operated by Tom Forrest. Tom has worked in the secondary and adult education sector for over 20 years in the areas of physics, electrotechnologies and theatre lighting. He has also had significant involvement in the physical and chemical aspects of occupational health and safety.
One aspect which became apparent was the lack of understanding for the need to electrically test equipment and appliances to ensure they operate correctly and safely. Grounded Test and Tag was born out of the need to provide a professional and easily accessible service to SME's to assist in meeting their obligations under the OHS&W laws now and into the future.
